Services

Companies with more than four pieces of equipment are eligible for our service and/or maintenance contracts. Under such an agreement, the following general services are provided.

  • Desktop PC and laptop support will cover the repair and maintenance of all workstations used by an organization, and includes end-user support, software update management and version upgrades.
  • Hardware upgrades will include new and additional computer installations, peripheral device installations, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Server Support and maintenance will cover software updates, version upgrades, domain management, hardware device upgrades, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Constant monitoring of the entire network environment will detect as well as anticipate and prevent potential problems as they may develop.
  • Informed and updated advice will suggest best-practices for end-users, as well as professional guidance in respect of the acquisition of any additional equipment.

Service Hours

The service hours offered are normal business hours, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are considered emergencies, and are billed at one and one-half times regular rates. Work carried out under this agreement will be planned and executed based on schedules developed to ensure expeditious achievement of solutions. All calls will be responded to within twenty-four (24) hours, and emergencies will gain attention within two (2) hours.
